At the time, I was confused, seeking fulfillment, and wanted more than just a paycheck. I desired a purposeful career path. That process led me to ask myself tough questions, challenge my beliefs, and explore my gifts and my values. Ultimately I realized that at heart, I am a coach! I love developing people and helping them be their best selves. When I opened the possibilities for using my gifts, it led me to start PurposeFULL Seed Coaching.
